- Mandatory Training Programme:
This course includes training on Moving & Handling - Health & Safety - Basic Food & Hygiene - First Aid / CPR - Infection Control - POVA
- Induction Training Programme:
This course covers Standards in Care which includes - Understanding the Principle of Care - Understanding the Organisation and Role of the Care Worker - Maintain Safety at Work - Communicate Effectively - Recognise and Respond to Abuse and Neglect - Develop as a Worker
The above two courses are unique in that as a Care Home or Residential Nursing Home you pay just a one off fee per annum which in turn covers all of your staff to attend our regular run Training sessions on the above.
