ASET is a National Awarding Body which has been examining, accrediting and certificating learning programmes in the UK for many years. |

| Today ASET is a modern national organisation approved by all the relevant government agencies and provides approved learning programmes through hundreds of licensed centres in the UK and internationally. ASET Certificates are well known and widely accepted by employers and education providers. |
| ASET provides qualifications for its licensed centers to deliver and assesses (examines) the achievements of learners on its qualifications. ASET Qualifications are approved by QCA (England), Welsh Assembly Government (Wales), SQA (Scotland) and CCEA (Northern Ireland) and by the Secretary of State for Learning and Skills and are part of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). |
