NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care This award is designed for staff who deliver physical, emotional or enabling care to clients who have a medium to high degree of dependency, whether they work in health or social care, or in the public, private or voluntary sectors. It is designed to be applicable wherever such care is delivered. The award has links to the NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care award, but reflects a higher level of responsibility and specialisation.
